Setup Information Browsing Record

The Browsing Record provides access to recorded calls, if wholesale Call Recording has been enabled (see Call Recording setup here).

• The initial view presents all accounts which have call recording enabled.
• Select the account to view dates in YYYY-MM-DD format.
• Select a date to view recordings, which are stored using the Call-ID as the filename.

Legal Responsiblity

Call recording are currently stored indefinitely. We make no assumptions about your data expiration policy or the laws applicable to your company or this information. It is your responsibility to inform us if you wish for this data to be deleted.
