Manage Customer [Customer Name] Invoice

ConnexCS allows for straightforward Invoice generation for all providers. The tool is another way to eliminate gaps in communication between providers and customers.

Global Invoices

Invoices may also be managed under Global Invoices.

Invoice Generation

ConnexCS provides basic Invoice functions. Please note there are 3rd party accounting systems (such as ClearBooks or FreshBooks) that are far more robust at functions such as taxes, discounts, and full featured invoice management.

Add new Invoices

To add a new invoice:

  1. Click the + button at the top of the page.
  2. Select the customer from the drop menu.
  3. Set an Invoice Date in the bottom right.
  4. Click Edit Invoice Item.

  5. The selected Package will auto-complete the Quantity, Unit Price, and Tax. These may be modified as needed.

  6. Set a date range.
  7. Click Save, then Save the Invoice.

View and Edit Invoices

View To download a PDF version of an Invoice, select alt text.

Edit Click alt text to modify the date, then Edit Invoice Item to modify additional parameters.

Invoice Line Grouping

Invoice Line Grouping allows you to group the invoice based on the destination or day. This is setup under My Account > Settings.

Allocate Payment

To allocate customer payments to a specific invoice:

  1. Click View Payments next for the Invoice.
  2. Click the +.
  3. Select the desired payment.
  4. Enter the total paid.
  5. Click Save.
